Tremont, Ohio

One of Cleveland's most sought after urban communities close to downtown, vibrant nightlife, lots of community events. Great location if you work downtown.

Ohio City

Just west of downtown and close to everything Cleveland, Ohio City is another one of Cleveland's most sought after communities. Home of Cleveland's West Side Market, restaurants, nightlife. Popular urban neighborhood.

University Circle & Little Italy

Next door to Case Western Reserve University, just down the road from the Cleveland Clinic main campus, University Hospital, Cleveland State University, and the Theater District. University Circle and Little Italy are full of dining and activity, featuring numerous authentic Italian restaurants and a popular destination for Clevelanders any night of the week. Living there isn't cheap, but it sure is worth it!

Cleveland Heights, University Heights & Shaker Heights

Just outside of Cleveland on the east side, about 3 miles outside of Little Italy and centrally located between downtown and a host of shopping and dining options just to the east. If you're looking for an older home with original woodwork and unique features only found in older homes, you'll find them in the Heights!

Lakewood

This popular neighborhood is all about community. You'll find clubs and wine bars, restaurants, live music, and the beautiful Lakewood Library. The city hosts an abundance of events throughout the summer. Located on the shores of Lake Erie, just down from Edgewater Beach.

Rocky River

Just west of Lakewood and about 9 miles west of downtown, home of the breath-taking Rocky River Reservation. Hikers and bikers are drawn to the area due to its beauty and miles of towpath (which also extends miles past Rocky River!) Also located on the shores of Lake Erie. What more could you want?
